  Everyone that helped me contributed to an overall great car purchase experience. The receptionist quickly found Jose - the salesman who helped me. Jose took me for a test drive and answered my initial questions. Jose was easy to get a long with and knew a lot about the vehicle. When I decided I wanted to buy the car, Jose prepared my paperwork and then introduced me to the finance manager. Steven, the finance manager showed me the finance and rebate options. He was very thorough and professional without being pushy. In addition he made an effort to try and get as close as possible to the deal that I wanted. Finally, I went to an office to complete the contract which is where I worked with Steve. He was very personable, professional, and answered all my questions. He also made sure I knew about everything that I was signing. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better team of people that I worked with. This was the first Chevrolet I purchased in more than 10 years and I'm completely satisfied with the car and buying experience at this dealership.

Leo was my sales manager and he was forthcoming about everything I needed to know, what I was paying for, explained all the paperwork I had to sign, and made the purchase of the car one of the easiest I have ever experienced. I was equally with impressed with Steve, their loan officer. Other reviewers may have had an unpleasant experience but I'm certainly not one of them. I would definitely recommend to others who are in the market for a vehicle.

  First time getting my 2018 Chevy Volt serviced here. Abraham was excellent ! Let him know my concerns about my vehicle, he explained what could be done etc. Called me to let me know my vehicle was ready and when I picked it up everything was good. I'm enrolled in the GM rewards program so with this service I paid for I earned GM points that I can later redeem for services ! Had an excellent experience here, will bring back my car here for my next service.

  Bought a pre-owned Honda Pilot from them and they treated us well. Gus our salesman was down to Earth and helped with our questions. When we met the manager Roger, he was thorough with the paperwork and even gave us a small surprise with our pricing. He was all about making the customer happy and we left happy!   Smoothest experience start to finish! You don't typically hear this in reference to a vehicle purchase but trust me, I wouldn't be wasting my time writing this lengthy review if it wasn't the honest truth!I reached out to Sierra Chevrolet via the internet after several negative experiences with dealerships near us. Karen responded and our positive experience began. She was informative and transparent which you don't often get in car sales. I told her what we were looking for and between her and Mike, the general manager, we negotiated a deal via text and email. Most dealerships will not do this since they do not want any record of this in writing. In fact, the Chevrolet dealership in the Fresno area wouldn't even disclose to us what our interest rate would be never mind put anything down on paper that we could take with us. Not Sierra, they were on the up and up from the onset! Everything was negotiated and on paper prior to our arrival.Additionally, there was no need to haggle because Mike was willing to look for all the rebates that were applicable to us. In fact, we were comfortable with his second offer yet, he came back with a lower offer that beat any others from other dealerships near and far. Even the 'smoke in mirror' deals that were offered to us were more expensive when we did the math. With those deals we would have come out the other end the losers rather than the winners we became at Sierra Chevrolet!Furthermore, Karen shopped around for the lowest interest rate that further reduced our monthly payment. This was a courtesy that she extended to us and I'm assuming all her clients. We were comfortable with the initial interest rate offered so when we were informed of the lowered interest rate, we were certainly pleased with the outcome and most definitely the lower monthly payment. Karen is willing to go the extra mile for her customers!Finally, Steve in financing cannot be overlooked! He is friendly, charismatic, easy going and very knowledgeable. This has not been my experience in the past. Usually, the finance department is similar to going into the lion's den! It is scary and painful. Their sole purpose is to squeeze out more money from you and convince you that all the 'extras' are necessary. Although, Steve did have to inform us of all the options, he was not at all pushy and took our polite 'no' as the final answer. Frankly, I was surprised and appreciative that it was an easy, fast and painless process.Our duration at the Sierra Chevrolet dealership was less than 90 minutes. It certainly was worth our 5 hour drive there! Our experience with Sierra Chevrolet was extremely positive that in spite of the lengthy drive, we will be back for our next vehicle!Many thanks to Karen, Mike and Steve.   It was an easy, low-pressure situation. Usually when you think of buying a car, you think you're gonna get hassled by some scumbag. Not the case at Sierra! They treated us like family, and I genuinely felt that they just wanted us to have the right car for the right price. He had several different models of the Traverse driven around the front for us so we could see the different trims, which made us feel super special.   This dealer isn't the closest Chevy dealer to my house but they had the best selection of Colorado's in their inventory during a time where there aren't many trucks out there. Cristian was super cool when I stopped by to chat on Monday. Wasn't pushy when I told him I wasn't sure if I was going to wait for the next model or get a truck now. He gave me his card so today I decided to text him and let him know I was interested in a truck they had. Super easy to make an appointment with. I got there and he already had the keys waiting. We started the process and Roger started working the numbers. They worked with me on getting the payment to my target area and it didn't turn into a marathon. Great personality by both of these guys. Went to finance and met Steve. Another super cool guy with great personality. I wasn't pressured to buy crap I didn't want. Thank you for not trying to hold me hostage until I broke and said okay to the add ons. Time is money and I greatly appreciate your efforts to make the car buying process time efficient.   I Had a dead battery and I called out AAA for diagnoses . A faulty cell left me stranded on my driveway today and as soon as I could , I drove straight up to Sierra Chevrolet and my Truck was rushed into the Service Dept. for repair . I appreciate that Howard was able to inform me (almost to minute ) how long the service would take and that my Truck had an outstanding recall that would need an appointment for follow up. I stepped out for a bite and as I finished my lunch, I was contacted by the Service Dept. for pickup. Howard was courteous and professional as well as upfront about other services without trying to sell me up. Hopefully I'll get some incentives for future Service visits on my routine maintenance?

I negotiated the price over the phone and the next day it was only a matter of signing some papers, and I was out of there in my shiny red Bolt in about an hour.Mike Hoffman and his crew are eager to please and really make the customer feel VIP. I let him know email best for communication was email and he was very responsive to my emails. He worked through most day to get my information on my car that I was trying to trade in and get into another car. My whole situation I knew would be challenging and I let him know up front but he still took time and help me. I came in that night after work and meet Doug. We went over everything and he was very straight forward and I appreciated that more then everything. After the back in fourth and my stubbornness lol. We were finally able to come to terms on car and payment. Not once did I feel pressured to take a car I didnt fill comfortable with. At end he was able to work deal on a the car in pics which one I originally liked. Then I met Steve in finance and working in car industry many moons ago and from past cars i was on my toes not to be pushed or felt like i was getting lied to. He took Time to explain things to me and make sure I was aware of my rights as a buyer and customer. Steve made the paper work easy and explained in dept. He also help me understand something on the car that I didnt know and a concern that I had but he explained what it was and I was good after that. Doug and Steve were excellent in helping get the right car for me. My situation wasnt easy and I was prepared to leave with my car I came in with. But instead I left with a Chevy Cruze. Thanks again and I would recommend doug and steve to anyone.
