Well, Daniel was nice but communication its important even if you are trying to do your best. I took back my car to get check the mildew smell from the air conditioning ( they supposed to clean it in March. I paid over $300.00 dollars for the service and the smell came back to months later.
And all I got from the technician was that he didn’t find anything wrong with the car, when the smell was very obvious. Marvin told me if I want to have clean again I have to pay for the same thing again.

Went in for a tire replacement. They checked me in and said it should be done that afternoon. It was not due to the tire needed was delayed until late the next day.

Salesperson was not forthcoming about damages on a used ev over the phone. Purposely left out damage images in photos and video. Set up a meeting with salesperson prior, telling him we would rent a car and drive up to check it out. He never discolsed any of the MANY damages. I came in for a $60 oil change and $20 tire rotation. I was not given an estimate. My bill came to $157.97. Maria emailed me that there was a documentation problem with my visit. I have called her 3 times and she still hasn’t returned my call.

Grease print on hood. This has happened many times before. Apparently if you bring in a service truck, the mechanic feels obliged to leave grease prints on the body. I specifically asked that there be no grease prints on the hood when I dropped it off.
I also requested the truck be washed. It wasn’t.
The washer fluid reservoir was empty.
Seems to me the department isn’t being run very well.
These things were taken care of on the spot after I pointed them out.

I made an appointment for Tuesday and was asked to move it up to Saturday because the tires would be in stock. Got there Saturday and they didn’t have the tires and were short staffed so couldn’t go pick up the tires. I was told the tires would be ready by Monday or Tuesday. I chatted with someone about making a deal and whoever it was was very confusing. it felt like multiple people were trying to work a deal with me. I had one offer at a good price and then the next day they refused to honor it. They also try to sell you a bunch of extras that are unnecessary and way over-priced. Also tried to ask the finance guy a question after the sale and he refuses to take my calls or call back.
